That is a truly classic car.  Make the trade.  Even if you don't want the car, you can sell it to a car collector for a good amount of money; easily enough to buy any new car that you do want.

Actually, the car a currently drive is a more sought-after vehicle, which is why this fellow wants to make the trade in the first place. But thanks for the advice.
