Why 10 million + 1 level? Because I don't know a way to check your
current experience, if there is one. So I don't count your first level up..
Solution: Get ALMOST leveled, then talk to gabby, that way you only
have to get the 10 million.

a spawn less crowded right? Also, C-only... will really limit this as well
as the requirement to join. Jesus I can do it and that is why I picked that
EXP. It is possible. You CAN rejoin the religion, it was added to the NPC
thing that removes religion.
