I have noticed things blamed on him that he didn't even do.. but I still think he was the source of the TCM change.. even if it was just a bug =p he was the cause of it! I mean come on even Mumblee has a reason to go 9 rounds with ole Zammbi... He obliterated his town without even asking.

Just for the record, that whole thing was a big miscommunication.  Zammbi certainly went way overboard with what he made, but that was mainly just because he wasn't given the information he needed.  Whoever told him to work on it didn't explain anything about the work that had been done up to that point.

Some of his stuff was really good, though, and is being kept on the map.

blocked it off. But I think he could have at least done it better. The one area
he put like 8 monsters.. That was kind of dumb (I may be exaggerating
here.) And again, he should have asked, especially since he isn't even

However that is what he did do.. change it.. Not obliterate it.

The only thing that Zammbi did that was good was he made items drop that didn't drop before.

I hate that spawn. Though the changes were better than what it was originally. It was still horrible.. And Zammbi needed to seriously get someone to change that Dire NPC to a model that isnt a dire.. or move it out of the spawn location...

I can't name ONE person that was happy with that change other than him.

He logged on one day....took a look and went "There's too many spawns"...BANG deleted.

Wu and i think Crov spent a long time on that map from what i saw.

If you want an example of Good Zammbi work then take a look at Starberry Dires....That place rarely got used before because of the horrible spawns breaking every 5 minuts. Now its a great and reliable place.

Beholders Den....Although it may not be great...its a lot better than the mindless editing that previously existed.

And last time i checked Crov was around that whole time...so if it really needed to be stopped he could have stepped in.

I don't actually recall if being asked. (Though I'm by means sure that I wasn't.) I'd like to think that I wouldn't explicitly sanction such big changes (mutilation) esp. not without Spec's permission. But as I said, I dont recall IF I was asked, let alone any specific words exchanged if I was.

As for 'stepping in', a thing such as warmap isn't quickly noticed when changed if noone is frequently hosting at that time, and a thing the size of warmap wouldn't take more than half a day to edit if done without too much prior planning.

Anyhow, tt's pretty much ancient history anyway, no point in playing a blame-game. =P

That may be... but Zammbi did have a history of that. He obliterated the war map also without asking Spec. I was there the day Spec made that map. It owned...
