Start the Patcher and go to Options.

Then go to Options and uncheck everything in there.

It sounds like you have "Banish all evil from my sight" checked.

If that were the case, monsters should not be visible.

Karma maby. Somehow I don't think him being an "arse" will catch up with him. its not like people decided to beat up people that have offended them on  forums

I tend to disagree, being an arse does not necessarily get back to you through the feedback you get from others. It works in more insidious ways, affecting you and your happiness directly.
