I don't know if Dynasty Net banned all people using it (wouldn't surprise me knowing the Faldon players and their mentality) or if it's just set to connect to a now non-existent server or what. But, it won't connect anymore. But, it basically just connected to the Dynasty Net IRC network to a channel named #illusory. You could accomplish the same with mIRC or XChat and it would be much nicer.
