You're supposed to flash him 20 or so times, then he'll take it.

That's an evil glitch that prevents you from finishing the quest.

mr. dracula steals 1 dragon blood.... yet all i have is the poisoned one and now it's gone. lol and wu... i know more then well enough what gui and hud mean. Just cause i have a bad mouth doesn't mean i'm a moron

in the dessert map, theres a castle like in the middle right side of ur map. u need to go in there and find some vampire guy, but u also need some potion u can create depending on ur alchemy skill it various if u succeed or fail... the potion thing is in valour map, in the town hammond has a house and the lvl 11 clit and 11 ebolt quest is at

I just mean simple powers in the guild like recruiting and removing at certain ranks, or something of the like. another thing i'm finding difficult... there is no quest tracking... the spiders lvl 3-4 quest was added and i have lvl 2 learned yet never did the lvl 2 quest. It won't let me do the lvl 3 without doing the lvl2 (even tho i already have lvl 2) and i cannot find the lvl 2 quest, everyone i've asked has no idea and i'm not sure if i have started it yet or not. So if i have... no clue where i am in the quest, if i have not... how would i find out where to start it or even know it exists?

I've found it's really hard to get a guild to use a website as a means of offline communication. I'm wondering if it is possible to make an info section to the guild roster ui that kings and or other ranks can edit, while the whole guild can access it. I have also wondered what do the options "Founder" and "Lord" actually give to the member? You could just take those out and give kings the option of what rank in the guild would have different privileges. Guild management is very tedious and confusing at times because the ranks mean just about nothing in the guilds other then king/queen. I'm also curious of how inactive guilds get removed... there are like 50 guilds with 50 players active in one day, doesn't make sense to me. There are also guilds with names like "Klu Klux Klan" (CURRENTLY) and there have been many more that are even worse. In my opinion, if "RAPE ALL U CUNT" was too bad for faldon like 8 years ago, I do not see how some of these other names are acceptable. maybe guilds should have a daily fee like they do on gh's just to keep them up.
