In order to achieve sustained. semi-balanced pvp in this game without a level cap, there needs to be more mechanics like the three hit rule in the game.  A good start would be to add a stat similar to the old agility back into the game.  Although, the ability to respec at any time in this client kind of works against the balancing effect that agility had.
