i forgot my account name and password. i can only remember the character name and still got access to the email. is it possible to get my character back? can you please do something about it?

i have quit the game like 2-3 years ago (got hacked)!

really wish i can get my character back and play the game again, was a great game and i've enjoyed it a lot!
