If you use these files they will send everything you type, including account names, character passwords but also things such as creditcard numbers to a specific player who will then be able to abuse that information.

Do NOT accept any files from players, not even 'friends'. If are stupid enough to do so and accept a file from someone anyway then atleast have it scanned on Virustotal.com. This will have the file scanned by like 30+ different types of antivirus software and will show you the results of the scan.

If you fear you may have been infected then please run your antivirus software and let it do a full scan. Incase you do not have any antivirus software installed we suggest you try MBAM. The free version of MBAM will scan your computer and fix any problems it finds.
