amber, the gms can do something about all the cheated levels and illegal items that are the reason tehy cannot add unlimited gold onto npcs, they can fucking wipe the fucking failed client as it is, and let everyone start from scratch on it, im 100% sure that when people go to the faldon site, and see that everyone is around level 50-100 when they are about to start up, they will be much more apt to stay, since it isnt a noobie friendly game most players stay these levels for quite a long time and easily get discouraged when they cant make any money, and cant even imagine being level 1000 like some of our players. especially when nobody will have gold or items, and everything will be needed to brought back into circulation, everyone fell in love with faldon when it was full of competition and people used claymores to duel. Why not bring those days back, you realize there were 100s of players around back then, now theres 10-30 on a super super high traffic day. i think the answer is clear here people.

well they dont really seem to jail or punish for anythign on that list EXCEPT afk macroing,,
yet all those rules are constantly broken as well.
all im sayin is for a game that has next to no players,, why should gms or ms give anyone else 1 more reason to not log on

Okay, so I do agree with the whole GM's log and jail, but as it has also been said. Rick is pretty much the only active GM. I think more M's should be given out and all inactive GMs / Ms that really haven't contributed to the game what soever should have their powers taken away. I mean you should atleast help improve the game if you're going to be given powers right? Also as for the cheating and AFK-ness. I don't know how many of you actually reed the rules when you signed up but it says don't do it.

1) No cheating of any kind will be tolerated.
2) AFK macroing is cheating.*
3) Spamming the status box is illegal. Keep it clean, GM's announce stuff there.
4) Keep offensive language out of the public chats.
5) Nobody has ever had their character hacked. Do not share your passwords with others, if you lose the character, there is nothing we can do.
6) GM's do not give/loan items. Do not ask for them to do so.
7) If a GM tells you not to do something they find 'illegal' ... Listen.

See reading the rules that every player had to agree to while downloading the game, it says you can have your account shut down because of AFK macroing etc. So be happy that you are just getting jailed.

And I do agree that there were a lot of people that macro'd in the past and had no concequences but theres nothing GMs can do about that now. Just try and play the game for fun.. And I'm sure that not one person can go against me saying AFK macroing isn't exactly "fun".. I'd rather have a crappy character that I put all the legit time into then a high levelled character that a program put all the time into..

Just a thought.

Maybe if the game had more then 10 players at any given time i would agree with the no cheating thing. but until there is a wipe, i say fuck it, why not? only way the players can compete this fucking client.

Like I mentioned on the other thread, I had been advocating a wipe since about 2 years into this client, so you and I are in agreement there, Kr0nic. I don't agree with the idea that because people cheated before, other people should be allowed to cheat to catch up with them, though.

Even if this were to be true mumblee, getting rid of cheating after there are already several 700+ characters, fuck even 500+ is amazing would leave numerous amounts of players with no chance to catch up, no advantage, they will always be the under dog. that is why a wipe is needed.

lol ive been sayin thsi for years, fuckin stop jailing the only 5 people you have playing because its not good for business, look how many players youve made quit over the years and just laugh because oh its only 1 person, well add them all up, there was a time when over 100 people played, and you guys ruined it, before GMs were around the game flourished. You guys started making gms and ms an important thing and forgot about the fun, the game has died with your unwise actions. i know im not the only one that thinks this way.

Okay, this is the first game, in the history of online mmo's that a fucking MACRO, has a download link on the home page, and then you guys turn around and say macroing is illegal, and you get jailed for 50000 hours for leaving your shit on to get a drink. fuck, i got jailed for making 2k silver ingots with my bsmithing in the 90s, getting no experience. and no growth of my character in any way shape or form. for 500 days, this is why i quit when i did.

You dont want people to macro, dont have a macro on the home page.
you dont want people to AFK Macro, maybe you shouldnt of let players reach level 1k.
All work by the players now seems to be for nothign, as people have 30m in their bank, all the items there is, and 1000 levels under their belts.
Wipe the Game, get it over with. its really the only hope it has, and yes i know the fucking new client new client ... 8 years later ... its not here, fucking do it, do it on thsi client, yes, people will lose REAL money, fuck it who cares, it states in tos not to fucking purchase items from players anyway does it not? and is in no way encouraged by staff of the faldon community.
Just do it and get it done.
