Well, technically speaking some dupes could be enabled by memory editing so that packet editing isn't necessary. This is mainly the dupes where some client side checks are not repeated server side.

You can't dupe with tsearch just ar hack and some other trivial stuff.. WPE was used to dupe and do the other serious cheating...

The use of external programs with Faldon will not be allowed I think. To make that work skills will have to be changed (like taming, no more spamming 's pets free' with a text macro). I hope that skills will be improved so that it takes a little more than just mindlessly right clicking something for days. The server will have to be able to detect macroing and deal with it automatically so we don't have to manually look for macroers. Communication will be encrypted so packet editing will only be possible for an elite few.

And no, a new version will probably not be coming out any time soon.

Although I am not zer, spy, or wu; I feel like I can answer this.
It's my understanding that the new stuff (not the client, im pretty sure this means the new server that will come eventually) will have some pretty clear cut out rules for players so that it is clear and all written. It's also my understanding that the new rules are going to be harder on cheating and afk macroing.
Technically now it isn't allowed but its not taken as seriously seeing as how the active playerbase is so small at the moment.
Although afk macroing is still done now, packet editing was big for afk leveling which has for the most part been killed with detection and auto-jail server side when it detects packet editing.

in the new version that will hopfully be coming out soon will macroing be aloud at all
i know you probably dont wanna hear this yet again but macroing will kill the game so if you guys are planing on allowing it, dont for the sake of the game xD,k thanks bai!
