Somehow, that worked. It would give a random 100000xfbf10x error or something similair like that. Downloading Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 fixed that issue back then.

Looking at the binary header, it's not a .NET module. Interesting that the readme suggests downloading Microsoft Visual Studio 2010. The author is brainless; even if it was .NET the .NET distributed framework would be all that's required.
