Have a happy new year.

Added support for PC3 (24-bit + alpha channel) wall tiles.
Started putting in Master Wu's PC3 art updates. Just a few for now:
- desert cactus
- rhododendrons
- wall ivy
These didn't make it into the Christmas update, but better late than never.
Be sure to wish Wu a happy 100th!

Fixed a bug that caused the game to not free up RAM if the system has plenty.
