Fixed music playing too fast on sound cards sampling above 96kHz.

Fixed wall popping and wall shadow popping.
Floors now support high-DPI. Many common floors and decals are now 4K.
The Brick & Stone, Dark Stone, Fortification, Jungle Bamboo, Desert Tent, and many of the Desert Brick tiles are now 4K.
