Currently spells in game and on the website's encyclopedia either have no description or have a lore tidbit when you mouse over them. The lore stuff is nice, but I would like to see these mouse-over descriptions showing the full mechanical details and effects of the spell instead.

If you need help typing them out in a clean format I am willing to do so. I just require the details of the spells.

The only complication I can see is the different spell levels having different values, but we can discuss solutions to this. A middle-ground we could reach is a vague yet proper description of the spells so a player at least knows the function.

For example, it seems like dark touch and poison cloud are both poison spells that cannot be applied to a target as separate debuffs. but I don't know for sure. its really hard to tell. Here is how I would format the description to give the mechanics of the spell without worrying over the level of the spell.

Poison Cloud-

Surround the target in A noxious cloud dealing poison damage over time for 10 seconds. This does not stack with other poison effects.

Note that this is just an example and I am not fully sure what the exact effects of poison cloud are.
