			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>I&#039;m pretty sure this was added way back when it was thought of as a way to deter macroing. Now, this is just an extra step in a more advanced macro. </p><p>Either way, it doesn&#039;t make any sense that you have to move a step every 15 seconds to raise some skills but not others, like why should I have to move for Mana Thief to go up, but not animal lore. </p><p>I think it&#039;s an artifact of a time that doesn&#039;t make any sense with the game currently.</p>]]></content>
