			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>This happens when buying items from NPC through the standard merchant screen, like Charles.</p><p>When an item has a pre/suf affecting durability then info displayed for the item still shows the original full durability. It should show the actual durability the item will have when buying it.</p>]]></content>
