Something I am not arguing really, just saying my experience... Maybe
it was my AR... I don't know.. I was mainly a hammerdin.. but I did
have level 18 I think it was charge (which if I am not mistaken is SUPPOSED
to raise ar right?). Bleh I was never great with Diablo though maybe that
is the problem... I couldn't seem to be fast enough to teleport on someone
to hammer unless they were SLOW... and there were always those that
could beat me no matter what I had, and no matter what their class..

I'm not arguing at all, it's just easier to break the posts down. Less confusion.

The AR granted by charge is insane. I always have a death CS and angelic wing/halo on a mule just incase I have to deal with pesky runners.

I am one of those people. My level 29 alone rapes every normal game and characters of any level that don't have above average gear (ebotd, enigma, hoto, etc).

BOTD thunder maul is not a good weapon... It has high damage,
but I really don't like it. I think CTA is much better in any case.

Nothing can compare to a ebotd thunder maul. 1.3k max damage is simply insane. If you can even hit 400 with a cta (keep in mind cta are not indestructable and have like 250% ed) I will be simply amazed.

Get more AR? You shouldn't miss any more than 5% on casters anyways.

is the bone necros. They are tough with the Enigma teleport, and guided
shots that just about 1 hit kill...

That's *WITHOUT* skillers. Keep in mind it's a botting character so I do not waste precious inventory space. You simply can not hit higher than 13k without skillers.

I also have 3k life (from bo with my sexy cta).

And bone necros are very hard, but you just have to charge desynch and hope they don't play defensive. If they do you just whip out charge and ebotd thunder maul and hope they don't have max block and a lot of life

25k armor, max block, 50% dr (if needed). Not to mention the fact that I can kill you in 2 hits easy. Adding the fact that I can desynch you without any hesitation. Plus the fact that to hit me, you have to catch a 9 frame cast rate teleport while dodging my 13k hammers.
