No, it would be if someone came on and said Fireborn is stupid for a mistake he made long ago and from then on that one person thought he was always stupid. Or if you were friends with Fireborn and he got into an arguement with someone extremely ignorant (such as yourself) and the extremely ignorant person (like yourself) asked you who made a better point and you said Fireborn, even though the extremely ignorant person (you) was the one that made a better point (which couldn't possibly happen due to the fact that the person is extremely ignorant (you), so this would be hypothetical). That, my extremely ignorant friend, would be a biased remark.

They do not actually know, they do not have actuall proof, that FB is gay.

That would actually be called a false assumption or a mindless insult, depending on the situation.
