I would tell you how... but I have noticed when the evil Super Villain reveals his plans the good guys seem to be able to escape and stop the plan.

I would tell you why... but I have noticed that when Super Villains go on about there past it seems to be just a 20-minute filler of unneeded storyline.

I would you when... but then my plans wouldn't have the element of surprise that would be needed and often times are foiled because the hero would be in the right place at the right time.

I would tell you what... but that would defeat the purpose of the surprise and you might then be able to piece the facts on how my Weapon works and stop me from using the Sun, or Plutonium, or whatever it takes to power my weapon.

I would tell you who... but then I would give away my identity and the identity of my financers that fund my project meaning you could freeze my funds on an incomplete project and then kill my cronies and loyal backers.

I would tell you where... but then you would be able to set up camp and wait for me making my trouble worth nothing and probably destroying my outpost and/or secret base.

Therefore, I will tell you absolutely nothing.
