ive never heard of death note...to be honest my favorite anime is the original rurouni kenshin called samurai x..... not a manga but my fav manga is trigun also an anime but it was made into a very funny manga.

oh and cro time and place say july 7th at around 8:00 pm?

Actually, Ruroni Kenshin started as a manga (they just finished releasing it in the US, with 28 volumes). Also, Trigun wasn't made into a manga. Trigun was made into an anime from a manga.


I read alot of manga. I just counted my collection to almost 40 books.  Here are some good ones.

1. Psychic Academy - About a school for psychics (where, apparently, the girls must have a d-cup to enter)

2. Hyper Police - Set in the future, about half-human, half-animal police officer/mercinaries

3. GTO (Great Teacher Onizuka) - About a former street punk who wants to become a teacher so he can stare at the high school girls all day (Also made into a funny anime)

4. Cromartie High School - About a school that is primarily for idiots and punks - really funny (also made into an anime)

5. YuYu Hakusho - About a punk that dies unexpectedly and gets a chance to come back to life (also made into a great anime, but the books are better)

6. FLCL - This somehow makes more sense than the show it was based off of.

7. Zombie Powder - About a man named Gamma that is looking for special rings that allow him to make Zombie Powder, a powder that brings the dead back to life.

Actually, Psychic Academy is where I got my name from (Zerodyme blah blah blah)

Rofl... yes it's immoral... and it is rather disgusting really...

unless of course you are into watching 50-yr old businessmen raping 14 yr old schoolgirls.... (ugh, bah)

I suppose it's better than actual kiddie pr0n tho, since noone is harmed in the making.

Leave it to browen though to randomly come up with something like that. lol (And leave it to crov to identify it)  :?

Ehm, the original rurouni kenshin is NOT called samurai x. Samurai X is just a name used in the American market version of Kenshin OVA's and possibly the Motion Picture, for which refrained from using Rurouni Kenshin in the title for some vague reasons (perhaps of a legal nature).

And surely you dont think Kenshin is an anime without a manga at its origin?
And ehm... July 7th should probably be okay, but I dare not promise, lol... I'll prolly forget by then -_-

x Sword of Truth
x Magician
x The Dragon Reborn (The Wheel of Time)
x The Bartimaeus Trilogy
x Eragon and Eldest
