there is no special ink.  There is no special paper, and there are no
authentication stickers verifying that this is indeed authentic.  In other
words, your receipt is useless.  I will not middle-man such a trade.  I
can not guarantee the people's safety, unless the money is sent to me.
I can not accept the money, because then I am at risk, and I do not risk
my money to help players sell their items.  So, such trades are not really
safe at any level and really should be avoided at all costs.

If a person was to send you USD in Paypal or whatever, and you gave the GM robe to a GM, you could just say you never receieved any USD. - And seeing how Tim or someone else would NOT want to go through this much of a hassle, they probably DO NOT act as middle men in these types of trades.
