So instead of looking inside the faldon files this program does it for you.
Anyway someone may want to use it.

Just put it inside the faldon folder.  You will also need Java installed to make it work. The file is zipped.

Note: Max skill data isn't complete meaning not every skill will tell you the % of that item being made.
Ill finish this when Zer gives me the rest of the data. So I left v0.4 link up incase people see the function useless for now.
