The internet was bein majorly slow and once i got onto faldon it crashed me because my internet sucked so bad ( ask ppl i was crashin every 5mins lol) my dad called the quest guy he said our speed was half of what it should be and then he came and said it was in the house.

I don't know how you got your internet 'fixed' but I suggest you go play around with some settings in your router as it appears to be blocking all but http traffic.

[Patcher > Options > Sockets] and make sure the box is checked.

I re-installed it but it still doesnt work. Got any ideas?
