Hmm.. I checked the logs.
The 3:45 stat reset is recorded as being processed immediately. Did it not go through to the server? It shouldn't take more than two minutes for a stat reset to occur in-game once Google's let it through.

There was a second one at 4:26 which did take 5 minutes for Google to approve it.
