Switching between tylenol and ibuprofen (also acts as an anti-inflammatory) really helps. I had 3 teeth surgically removed as well and took only tylenol 3 with advil. Good luck!

I try not to take them. I've been taking ibuprofen but the pain was so bad that the ibuprofen wasn't doing anything for the pain... at all. So I had to take one.


I'm pretty sure I had 16 to begin with and now i have 12 and I've had them 2 days. So I try not to take them that often and only 1 at a time. Don't wanna get addicted tongue we have enough drugheads at my school.

Opiads such as perocets are extremely addictive, be careful. I was led down a horrible 6 year addiction path because of percs, also known as endocet in the generic form. They are 325mg Acetaminophen and 5mg Oxycodone... synthetic heroin.

You'd be better off sticking with tylenol 3 where codeine is a less addictive (but still fairly addictive) and only taking percs when needed. Getting your wisdom teeth is not that painful afterwards, percocets are overkill but are so commonly perscribed unfortunately.
