Well that depends on what firewall you're using, do you have any antivirus/firewall software installed? Also, are you on XP, Vista or Win7? It should be quite easy to (temporarily) turn off the Windows firewall if that's running to see if that's blocking it. If it is a firewall then you'll have to add Faldon to the list of exceptions.
