I honestly can't see whats wrong with just owning a house, paying once, You should be able to rent it to other people, by that way able to earn money

And also, Wouldnt it just be cool if we had towns where theres PEOPLE houses?

- You used to be able to buy houses and guildhalls a long time ago. I have to agree that this would make houses and guildhalls worth a lot more, it would certainly make them far more of a status symbol. However, there a couple of problems with players owning houses indefinately one being that when they quit they take the houses with them. I can't seem to remember the exact reason why houses were switched to a rent system, maybe someone can enlighten me?

- Allowing players to map edit houses is just not going to happen, but you can always bribe your local GM to build you a house

- Not entirely sure what you mean with stalls, if you want someone to turn your ores into ingots you can just have them do it anywhere

- We will not actively promote USD trades and I don't think Zer will want to act as some sort of payment provider either. There's just too many risks involved which are beyond control.

- Zer would have to look into it that and check the conditions and what not. I think that if it doesn't cost him any (or perhaps a small amount of) money he might consider adding that as payment method.

-Able to BUY a house, Not rent.

-Able to BUILD a house.

-Furniture that you can move around in your house.

-Stalls ( A place you can work for people (real peepz) (Forexample smelting ores and making swords) and getting paid to do it

-A new market tab, Resets/Citizenship for USD, if you sell Citizenship you just do it ingame on that tab, charging $14.95 or whatever it is, and wait for people to buy the Citizenship. If they dont you should be able to just press a button that allows you to get back your money. ( You pay when you release the offer on the market tab, Recieving the money when someone buys it)
