Made the minimap start up visible.
Made mouse-over outlines draw above any occlusion.
Fixed wolf shadow positioning. Gave dire wolves shadows.
Fixed clipping when walking through water. (Except for shadows. Those are still broken.)
Fixed game music playing in parallel with login music after clicking Logoff.
