Implemented basic lighting. It's not entirely physically correct, but it's not bad.
Implemented monster, wall, projectile, equipment, and item light emitters.
Put a little light emitter on Ethereal Gate.
Added lightning to accompany thunder.
Gave town guards pants. Oops.
The mining hat was missing portrait art.
The game now turns off Windows' "Ctrl key makes circles around the mouse" feature, if it has been enabled.
Made the game use less video memory by using non-power-of-two sized textures.
