			<description><![CDATA[<p>I was messing around with the new build and I started thinking about that new mouseover effect that creates (what looks like) vector lines around the various layers of character art.&nbsp; Is the client currently capable of having varying levels of opacity within the art layers?&nbsp; Combining the vector line effect with varying layer opacity could create all kinds of really good looking visual effects.</p>]]></description>
