Fixed a crash that would happen if you were walking or otherwise busy, queued up an action such as a spellcast, and the player or monster logged off or otherwise disappeared before the action could be taken.

Made slimes much more translucent, like they were in "desert-client".
Fixed paperdoll art clipping walls when it shouldn't.
Fixed portrait art being clipping when it shouldn't be.
Fixed some incorrect art.
Fixed some unnecessary art reloading.
Bow of Lightning now uses the silencer bow art.
War Bow now uses the composite bow art.
NPCs now have portraits for buying and selling.
Orc NPCs now have portraits.
