Send yourself 3-4 mail with 5 items each - then go to that character - open your mail, take out all 5 items - close the mail and see if it 'refreshes' a new window with those 5 items back - and try to take one out. Crashes you. If you cant repeat it let me know - ill figure out the exact steps it happens to me all hte time.

1. Sending mail to someone whose mailbox is full causes a 'hang' not a crash ... can't do anything just spins the hourglass.
2. When taking items from mail - then closing - it reloads it with the items still showing (like it reloads the window) and clicking an item causes a hard crash
