I believe the issue is a failing hard drive.  Reboot won't really fix that, I don't think.

Thank you for that link Pennywise. I haven't been active in a while and haven't had the chance to look at all the new posts.
If it is just a hard drive issue, that is great news. A little skeptical from the historic lag issues, but I could see how these current hang ups could be happening from a hard drive issue.

I still think a weekly, or bi weekly server reset would be good to clear any bad data build up and to clear the ram and any cache.
Every game has bugs, and a reset once in a while is never a bad idea until those bugs are fixed.

Is it possible to have a scheduled server reset once a week to reduce lag issues? There are major lag spikes still and I am sure everyone would appreciate a clean slate each week. Maybe the whole machine it is running on too.
