Fixed NPCs first appearing with the wrong equipment.

Fixed wisps not animating all the time.

Gave Faldon days a basic calendar.
Seasons are now server-side.
Quantified items in the top half of inventory are no longer lost on death, unless the character is a bot or has used Pickpocket recently.
Minor bug fixes.
