Tilesets with inner corners work pretty well, such as the White Church tileset.
The problem is that none of the roof tiles have inner corners, so it's a bit unclear how to go about it. I need to give it some thought. Without inner corners, Box works, Line works sometimes, but that's about it. I was thinking of making a special mode for Pencil for tiles that lack inner corners, such that it lets you choose a side to place instead of a corner. That would still be a pain, but it might be better than placing manually.

Works great with the box-mode!

It would be neat if the double layered walls could 'stick' to one side during the placement action. Currently they switch back and front around. Ideally just drawing a non-straight line of tiles result in a natural looking wall. Most useful for caves etc.

If you have the time/want a challenge: can something be done to automatically place roof tiles properly? That's usually a pain in the ass to do by hand.

February 26, 2026:
Double-layer "Wall Sets" now work. Those lacking corners only work in a limited fashion.
"Ground Sets" place the full tile at a time now, instead of just corners.
