Topic: Update mini-maps (semi) automatically

We now have a sweet map editor, but the mini maps rarely get updated. Would it be possible to automatically regenerate the mini map when a map is patched? Or at least have a way to trigger it manually?

Hmm.

We would need to have it load and patch the PNG file if we wanted to go this route, and it would definitely slow down patching.

It might be fruitful to automate the way it is generated right now so that I actually remember to update them when we patch. smile Technically it is done using the client (except for the final resize) right now, but you have to log in by hand, be on the map being generated, and it takes quite a long time.
