Fixed character mouse-over skill rank differing slightly from skill list rank.

Fixed Mind Blast not removing Holy Aura.

Fixed other players being visible when using Stealth.

Fixed objects not always being removed from the screen.
Made the Escape key work properly with popup menus.
Redid the Join Party and Party screens.
