Rp and a few others were having a conversation about the navy and the army and such, and RP was in the army so he was doggin on the navy, havin some fun and Mr. James was in the navy. Rp didnt know so in caps he said MY BAD I DIDNT KNOW YOU WERE IN THE NAVY MR JAMES. Mr. James muted him. Maleria went on to ask him why he muted him and saying it wasnt right for him to do that so then Mr. James muted Maleria. Then Mr. James said we were Jailhouse Lawyers (me,H_E_M_P_Z and Maleria) because we were defending our fellow guildys. H_E_M_P_Z said that Jailhouse Lawyers offended him so he asked Mr. James to stop and as you can see above he did not. Yes you can call me a whiner and call FP a bunch of pussys but all we really want is mutes for people that spam nigg_er and harrass people and get them to stick to what Rick said in his post Chat Moderation Guidelines, not for defending guildys and we want the abusive moderators to have there powers taken away. Ever since we have had chat mods there has been trouble. Im not saying get rid of them, by all means i want them here. Its just i think you need to pick better canidates. Barbie Girl, Kr0nic(most of the time), | Maximus |,<insertname> are the only ones i see that use their powers correctly. Please GMs read and reply.

wtf is this shit? this is all i said... mr. james is just muting at his leisure. I DEMAND he be punished, this is going too far. 
i didn't even avoid the filters or say a single offensive thing to anyone in any chat channel...

most of the time what? he muted me 3 times today maybe 4 i lost count, i have not said one thing worth of even a warning. And i'm not the only one that this has happened to...

that kid has been caught in abusing his powers and openly admitting it on the forum while giving an apoligy for his abusive behaviour and giving the blame to "alcohol" or w.e his reason was... now theres a 2nd episode of the abusive behaviour.
im not here to defend my guild or take sides, but if i had the powers to mute ppl for being jerks i would have non stopped muted mr james n muff hucker. and that would most likely have resulted in a removal of my powers, i only expect same treatment for my fellow mods.

thank you, it is sad that only one of the mods will come on the forums and admit to seeing abuse... yes, they do admit it in game all the time but don't wanna "screw" the other mods so they stay out of it. I'm not pointing fingers or saying names but this is a fact. That is no way to run a system that is so easily abused.

Chat moderators should be lenient when it comes to chat filter evasion for commonly used words such as shit, fuck, whore etc. as these don't really insult anyone. They should only mute for harm caused to other players (harassment, racism etc.), not just purely the words themselves

it is also harassment when the person asks for it to be stopped and they continue to poke. Regardless of what ever the name being called might be. And to defend this particular abuse is just senseless. Mr.james was in the wrong bay far on this one. He even apologized to me (in game) for muting me then proceeded to mute me again later for no reason.
