soul blade has 5% vampiric attached to it... maybe u shud make vampiric a new prefix with 5%, for example vampiric skullblade of sadness

I don't think it'll be hard for Zer to add prefixes/suffixes, so I guess more could be added although I don't see it as absolutely necessary. Also, I don't know how powerfull vampiric hp steal is, don't want to add another thing like the % extra damage.

its not tht powerful tbh, plus vampiric currently only works in pvp

5% @ -1 ar .. you wouldnt even need str to hunt someone down .. if you got a prefix that could add up to 15% its lethal w/o having strenght, stop trying to improve yourself by using items and go work on your skills.

the health steal crap is OP,  soul blade with a bcrown murks...  u can kill gm's with max stats easy with a soul blade  JUST because of the health steal.   adding a pre to give that to some items would be cool... but only in 1% amounts or it will be outrageous...
