New player, few questions.

Heya, like the topic says, I'm a new(kinda) player and I've got some questions I'd like to ask..

1) Is there a way to resize the window in windowed mode?(IE Make it bigger?)

2) I've noticed that the game client massively slows/bogs down when I go to the skills tab.. Is there any way to fix that?

3) Is the game still being actively improved/developed? (The creator guy still making patches and stuff?)

Development of the game (and new client) seems to be dead in the water.
