The gender change NPC isn't working, could you fix it James?
I activated a mysterious potion that changed my character's sex and now I can't go back.

We have mysterious potions? What are they called? (part of a quest?)

They are renamed suicide bombs with an on-use script which has a bunch of different possible outcomes, one of them being a sex change. I think they are a reward from the pit, but they have also been handed out by GMs during events.

I got the Mpotions from Pit, I don't know their effects, honestly I burn them all by clicking with the right button... There's a lack of detail, a message, which effect is activated, what changes, it doesn't show anything...
And as the Spy said, one of these effects is the change of sex.
Anyway, I got some more Mpotions and ended up changing the character's Sex again, thus returning it to the way I like it, thank you.
OBS: I have a Potion of Clarity, is it used to clear the item's Pref/suf?

Mysterious potions can have the following effects:
Fully restores your hit points and mana.
Gives you 10,000 experience points.
Gives you 1 elven gold.
Fully repairs your armour and weapon.
Opens your bank.
Gives you 5,000 faith points.
Removes the rotting prefix of one of the items in your inventory. This will reset the durability on the item to that of a new item of that type without the rotting prefix.
Changes your gender.
Casts Fu Man Chu (a powerful GM only spell).
Absolves you of any crimes you may have committed (removes Criminal, Murderer and Villian status).
As for potion of clarity, I have no idea.
