Energy on books

Certain books now have lower energy than 5/5 when bought from NPC.
Lesser heal books have 1/1 and wraith books 2/2 energy.
I think it does this cause the server uses the spell# as prefix#. (The spell# for Lesser heal is the same as prefix# for Rotting and I guess the spell# of wraith is prefix# for Cracked)

Im guessin that this also had the unintended but logical effect of giving all level 1 books 1/1 dura (seeing as suffix 1 is Rotting).

This was never a problem because dura affecting presufs had no effect on dura when the items were bought from NPCs, but that was fixed a little while ago.

In short, dura affecting presufs affect energy on books when they shouldn't.
