Actually, technically, it is not. A topic has to have some sort of literary work to explain itself. It cannot exist without one, as stated by the rules of English, but then again the language and grammar of it is so horribly abused lets just call it a fucking topic.

Actually, technically, it is not. A topic has to have some sort of literary work to explain itself. It cannot exist without one, as stated by the rules of English, but then again the language and grammar of it is so horribly abused lets just call it a fucking topic.

That is not correct at all. The topic simply says that that is what conversation
will be discussed inside. He was simply starting the topic, it is up to us to
discuss. Though it hardly ever works as we often get sidetracked on this
forum.
