I will not sit here and argue the same points, however I will clarify this once:

A) Zer was aware that I was doing stat resets, as was Coma, the only thing I was asked to not sell was spell transfers, which I stopped as soon as asked.

B) Stat-reset sells totalled less than I spent to run a website for all of you Faldon players.

C) I told Spectre and Julie both as I made Syrinadra. Her character had one purpose, and that was to let me have more time on the game. She had many rules, she didn't camp spawns, steal spawns, use spawns, level, none of it. She wasn't allowed. She sat in town.

Mister Rob:

I don't feel someone that would STEAL from a person would change so much that they wouldn't steal from a system that can just create things. Perhaps I am wrong, but that is how I feel. And a GM shouldn't sell anything, whether gained before or after, how do we know such items were gained at these times?

Spy,

First, I brought this all to their attention at the very beginning and I was told I had no proof, that's my proof. So while many may know, it is my assumption that those who put you in power were unaware.

Second, I did talk to you. First, I told you about how my script was modified. It was modified by you, through another GM. You left a comment saying that you edited it to make it so you could access map 3. The change you made did NOT do that, instead it made your pets nearly invincible. Honest mistake? I think not, you know the system better than that.

Second came the event you made. I changed it to not award Ms/GMs things. I talked to you and explained why we shouldn't be doing that, and changed it to announce rather than give, which for testing purposes is just as good. After this, you did a new event, one that again gave you items. Items which again I heard complaints about you selling.

Third, Ms were not supposed to have execs because Zer felt it was too much power. He added mexec because over the years we had continued to complain that they needed it for some things. You abused this by taking advantage of the situation and uploading your OWN mexecs. Mexecs if to exist should be made by GMs and have M-only purposes. Again, I talked to you about this.

You continued to ignore my requests. I was not initially entirely against you. I had my doubts, and I did confront you. Yet, you ignored each request. I took your right to get items, and you used another GM to get the right back via the disguise of an event. Why should I trust you after your past, the current complaints, and after the examples I just gave of things since you have been an M or GM?

The only thing I'm going to say is that I disagree with your comments about "nobody cared".  To say that nobody cared, to me, implies complicity.  No one was complicit.

Stepping back to the beginning when Spy was first made an M, you made quite a few comments that you were against it.  I cannot remember right now exactly what all you said.  However, the only thing I remember you saying was that you were against Spy being an M because of the scamming he did.  Was the scamming right?  Of course not.  However, people can and do change.  That change can be for the better or the worse, but change they can.  A hardcore criminal can "see the light" and become a minister.  A good family man can snap and kill his wife and kids.  People are not set in stone.  There are always factors that can cause a person to change: maturity, environment, and many other things.  Does that mean I would let a convicted rapist babysit my kids [if I had any]?  Hell no!  But, being that Faldon is just a game and the true damage minimal, we [and it was Julie, Matt, and myself who discussed it] decided that there was low risk to allowing Spy to be an M.  We decided it was safe to give the guy a chance - he's a talented programmer and could be beneficial to the game.

Moving forward, there were many comments by you against Spy's integrity.  You've laid out a few here.  I was not really involved directly in any of that that I recall.  For example, the script changing and script uploading.  And any that I heard was only second-hand.

Finally, the point at hand - selling items.  Two weeks ago you messaged me briefly saying that you had heard Spy was selling items.  I asked you if you had any proof, to which you replied that you did not.  We kind of left it at that, and that you would look into it.  That was the last time you talked to me... about anything, for that matter.  Therefore, I would not agree that "no one cared".  It's not that no one cared, but that you never presented any evidence.  Rumors from players and gut feelings don't prove anything.  If you would have brought proof, then I certainly would have done something.

Anyhow, I'm not trying to belabor the issue.  I just want to make clear that it was not complicity or apathy on the part of the others that nothing was done.  Rather that there was just no evidence.

This can't be more true. I was on at the time you did it with the Pit Quest.. Rick wasnt online when you did that.. He came back and was like wtf and had to be told by us what you did.

Well I mean he got caught off guard, and I think this is going to get a bit off topic, we're here to say farewell to a GM.

I will be keeping my website up at least for now. Also, you are more than welcome to e-mail me or anything should my databases become outdated. I will gladly keep them updated. In addition, if changes to any of my programs are requested, I will more than likely be willing to take a look at those as well.

I am not leaving Faldon because I hate it or any of that, I just don't feel that it's going the right direction right now, and I'd prefer to step back for it. I've done what I could to try and help out all the players that kept coming to me about the things going on... And now I simply get frustrated not being able to do anything. Having to keep telling them all that there isn't too much I can do, and that I will try...

Anyway, in short: I will have the site up.

You're just basing that on Tim's perspective of things, and indeed, that does make me look bad but if you knew me any better you would know there'd be nothing to worry about.

Just to be clear, those logs are old, I did not keylog anyone while I was M/GM.

I was refering to the fact that Tim accused me of making events as a cover for me to get items which I then supposedly sold for USD. That's the 'perspective' I was talking about.
You can be suspicous of my past as it's a well known fact that I wasn't too nice back then but you cannot judge me about the things I've done as M/GM.
